This is the first time I feed sad for all the Youtubers needing to build this giant set as fast as possible. Personally I'd plan building this over three full days.
Some interesting aspects about new parts and pieces: There are news pieces in this set (and some other very recent ones). The 2x3 with "U" cutout (also used for the Pickup and some Super Mario sets) and the inverted curved only previously used for the Fender Stratocaster. Also the piece used for the windows in the black section is 284 times in here – a piece, that rarely appears more than twice in a set.

For once, time consuming is a good thing, because I stayed up a whole night, so this brought me from 3am to 4am. I love this set. Unfortunately had to watch the video with no sound, otherwise my parents would wake up.
