Was obsessed with this track (and others such as Evan's Theme) as a kid in the early 90's. Had the Miami Vice soundtrack on repeat on my Walkman on a school coach trip through Austria and Italy. Listening to it on full blast going through the Brenner Pass was just awesome. Yes everyone else thought I was weird. I did not give one single... 😂 ...can't believe I've only today discovered this version. Just like back then, the volume dial went straight to 11.

I remember when I was a kid on a school trip in Scotland a fighter Jet flew right over our heads that low.

We were cycling in a park and every one of us fell off our bikes.

Apparently fighter jets practice flying low to the ground.

They also fly faster than the speed of sound.

So we didn’t hear and feel its thunderous noise and vibration until it was directly above our heads.

What a fearful and exciting rush that was.
