2 Raspberry Pi host Doesnot Exist,Connection refuse, timeout (SOLVED)

The Generic method to find raspberry pi ip address for LAN connection. This doesnot require you to know any router password.
I have learnt this solution from raspberry pi website, ssh documentation and IP address explanation.

This method solves all most all frequent errors:
1)HOST DOES NOT EXIST
2) NETWORK ERROR, CONNECTION REFUSED
3) NETWORK ERROR, CONNECTION TIMED OUT.

TO solve all these you donot require to turn off any firewall even. JUST IDENTIFICATION OF CORRECT IP ADDRESS IS REQUIRED.

Note that, all ips we frequently use for connection are dynamic in nature that means they may change when connection properties are changed.
So i recommend you to use this method only for first time, next boot onwards use XRDP Remote Desktop connection. For this you can check out my tutorial here

The Wait is over, i am making a final video for connecting(SSH) Raspberry Pi without monitor and WITHOUT ETHERNET CABLE!! Yeah you read it right, just the smart phone, pc, and raspberry pi! Thats it.. Believe me it works always!

Just select ethernet 4 or 5 or what ever extra digit your pi connection is given by your pc in network and sharing tab
