To solve the issue SIGN IN REQUIRED We can`t upload or download your changes because your cached credentials have expired, you have to go to settings of your onedrive and go to your office tab and uncheck the option of use office applications to sync office files that I open, this will also solve your onedrive sync issues

Using this method, you will solve this:
Cached credentials have expired. Please sign in again.
