I don't normally comment on YouTube, but I just want to say that I firmly disagree with you saying your channel isn't original. Sure, you draw inspiration from others channels and I see that, but your channel has been my biggest source of inspiration for the past few months. You provide information and a vision I can't find anywhere else on YouTube.

This actually is quite a universal thing within different creative professions.
E.g. I've worked as an interface designer for 8 years now, and I literally do the same thing since the day I could remember. The higher the quality of the reference material you surround yourself with, the ultimately higher the quality of thoughts/ ideas you'll produce.

I may be old enough to be your father and I have been in the business for some 15 years or so, but it is always refreshing to watch your videos, your stories and your modest approach to your viewers and your honesty. I'm so glad you said your "original" ideas aren't totally original. I feel like it's virtually impossible to come up with something that hasn't happened or been thought of before. The key is to just put your own personal touch on these ideas and I think that's what makes them seem original. Nothing is wrong with trying to expand on other's ideas because that's how we all grow in a way!

I've been watching YouTube videos related to any and all facets of video production almost everyday for the past 3 or 4 years to learn about new gear, creative filming and lighting techniques and sometimes just to be this is hands down the best channel I've come across and I can't stop watching your videos. I take away something from pretty much everything you share and I love your message, your craft and you. You inspire me and motivate me to grow and keep at it. That is so true, no one can come up with pure original ideas. Our ideas are based on what we learnt and our experiences and knowledge. As long as we do NOT copy ideas and we get inspired by others it should be fine
