UN CITY - FN BYEN

UN City on Marble Pier in Copenhagen's North Harbour is amongst the four finalists in the category of 'Best Office and Business Development' for the prestigious MIPIM Awards.
The Harbour P/S Consortium, which owns UN City submitted the building for the award, and consists of PensionDanmark, ATP Ejendomme, and CPH City & Port Development. UN City is designed by Danish Architecture firm, 3XN.
UN City on Marble Pier in Copenhagen's North Harbour comprises 45.000 m2 and was built in two stages. The first was completed and moved into at the turn of the year 2012/2013. The second stage has recently been handed over and can now be taken possession of by a total of eight UN Organizations situated in Copenhagen. In addition, the building has just achieved LEED Platinum certification for its innovation in sustainability and energy efficient features.
