It takes a lot of courage to talk about yourself like this. I still think it sounds like you should be kinder to yourself, especially since they are “involuntary judgemental thoughts” What conditioned that behavior in you? Are you recovering from being overly criticized in your childhood? These types of thoughts can be a form of anxiety. Anyway, I am just speaking from my own experience and what has helped me.

When in the buffet, I look to see if they bave something that I should try or think it's disgusting.

No. I live in America, I spend more than enough energy keeping my head on a constant swivel when I'm out in public. When I'm on a cruise ship, the worst that could harm me is a steak knife, nobody is going to be carrying a pew-pew. So I end up doing my best to keep my eyes down and let myself relax.

Interesting I don't look at what people wear at airports but I look at people's carry-on bags 💼🧳😂 I don't know why I'm always interested in what kind of luggage people have
