When you were sitting on the couch speaking out. Were you using this microphone. Along side that, did you edit the quality do any audio editing to that audio in that part of the video (2:30 minutes in)

is it worth buying if I use it to record voice over videos that I post on my chanel?
I will use it on a laptop with an integrated audio card.

Does the mute button work during xlr mode? And does the volume work during recording? No? Right!

How come the XLR cable is split into white and red? I've seen other microphones with XLR cables that just have one in the microphone and one in the audio interface but this has two? this is all new to me by the way

Awesome! Hey, what would you recommend as a starter amp/ mixer for a beginner voice over artist to use with this mic on a budget?
Thanks in advance!

So are you able to plug it into something else than a PC and record? So its more portable? (Sorry for being such a noob at this stuff :P)

May I ask about how long the USB cord is? I'm hoping it's more than 4 feet. I can't find an answer searching online.

You'd recommend this mic for singers?

I've had my Snowball for well over two years now and it's done the trick, but getting more serious into production and hip hop recording, I've noticed that the Snowball doesn't give my voice the distinct crispness that I hear from other artists. The snowball sounds more than decent on a quick audio recording, but when mixing my vocals I send the SSL Vocalstrip eq along with some Nuendo vanilla eq and notice it's distorting my vocals a reasonable amount. Along with that and the reverb I add I can also begin to hear static and background noise in the final recording. Would this microphone stand up to me putting multiple eq's and multiple reverb sends to the recording? Also would you recommend this for recording drums and guitar? I would be using it in it's USB state most likely, but I have a FireWire soundcard also that I can get working if that helps. Get back soon
