Paddy Ryan's Dream | Irish Trad not Bach | solo mandola

Here's my version of this popular traditional Irish reel. I'd been playing a lot of Bach at the same time as this tune, hence the somewhat bizarre variations by the end.

Great tunes Colin. That mandola sounds terrific in your hands . Killer triplets BTW. I love the series you did in Ireland with the octave mandolin and have tried to emulate the Drunken Sailors Hornpipe as best as I could. Cheers.
