Very educational and enjoyable! (and I am Cuban and did study music hehehe) I did not know syncopated rythms were called splitting measures, learned it today!

Hi. Excellent video. Can I ask please, the congas seem to be playing the same pattern over both sides of bass tumbao but I read they only play the tumba on the 3 side of clave? Any opinion etc would be appreciated & thank you
