Christmas Cranberry Truffles for Dogs! | Laughing Dog Food

Rachel and Layla are back in the kitchen to show us how to make these no-bake Christmas Truffles for dogs!

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 c. coconut flour
• 4 tbsp. dog friendly peanut butter
• 8 tbsp. pureed mixed berries (blueberries & cranberries)
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. ginger
• finely crushed Laughing Dog baked treats (Sleep Tights, Fruity Paws and Cheesy Bites)

METHOD
1. Combine coconut flour, peanut butter, berries, cinnamon and ginger. If the dough is a bit crumbly, add small amounts of peanut butter, working the dough in your hands to help the oil bring the dough together.
2. Break small amounts of dough off and roll into balls.
3. Crush Laughing Dog baked treats into fine crumbs
4. Roll half of your balls of dough into the treat crumbs to create an extra tasty truffle
5. Roll your other half of balls of dough into your finely shredded conconut to create festive snowballs!

**Peanut Butter: please opt for a dog-friendly brand. Must not contain Xylitol or Palm Oil.
This treat recipe is to be fed as an occasional treat only. Always ensure your dog is supervised and has access to plenty of fresh drinking water.
