it seems that with this tutorial, you could easily run into problems
best way to solve your problems is to follow the tutorial exactly
Might have to go as far to restart from the beginning, and do a one to one copy of what I do in the video

I followed this tutorial and I got to say for someone who doesnt know how to code this is a good way to get started by seeing other ppls codes and tweaking them and i understood what you did in the video and i myself tweaked some features to add a different type of rig and as a animator having custom rigs is sometihng that can be super cool for me. Thanks dude you always come in handy with these tutorials

This is actually a good custom character controller without scripting! I think its a great tutorial for people who want to get a heads up on how to make a character controller but are lost (flashbacks) so ill definitely save this for helping other newbies, thanks!
