The biggest animal I've ever seen was the ex mother-in-law. She was a huge beast at a whopping 660lbs.

We have a cabin in a forest in Vancouver Island and we were able to see a moose. It was way bigger than I could ever imagine.

I remember seeing a humpback whale for the first time and even though intellectually I knew these are some of the larges animals to ever live, I was still just thinking, "how can that be a living thing" It looked like a building was moving out of the water.

When I was a child I used to watch Tarzan movies. In just about every show Tarzan would wrestle a lion. The first time a saw a real lion in a zoo I knew Tarzan movies were BS. They were way bigger than I thought.

The hugest animal I've seen was probably the horses that you see a lot carry the carriages in my city. I mean I've seen horses, but those specific horses that carry those carriages, I doubt any normal person can climb on without getting a ladder. I don't even think a stool can help you. You might just break your ass 😂

Condors flying in the Andes get quite big. And graceful, given their size.
A dear friend on Guam (RIP, Big John Taotao) had a carabao (water buffalo, Betsy) he let tourists ride on. He could get it to gallop, turn on a dime.

Mother Nature loves being creative: she’s really good at many things, I love how she makes things in different shapes and sizes

4:38 I'm no biologist but if I had to guess, I think female adult bison weigh more than 100 lbs on average.

Number 10 is a cop out. It's a prehistoric bear that people speculate on diet etc. Not something that lives now or lived in the near past.

My dream is to get to see elephants in person.
NOT counting zoos,
I have been with lions and tigers, got to work with them. I have a picture where I'm sitting with a MASSIVE white tiger. I look miniature next to him.

I've seen a shire horse, which is massive.
I've been up close to giraffes & they're impressive.
Only seen bison from the road.

There are 2 animals that truly surprised me when it came to their size.
1. A Wombat. I really thought that they were small animals and come to find out, they aren't to small. Lol. Think the one I saw was about 80lbs.

2. You are going to laugh at me for this one. A Duck Billed Platypus!!! When I saw it, I was like wow look at the little baby. This was when our trail guide said, this is a fully grown male and he has a venomous barb on his hind legs. I'm glad he said that when he did, cause I sure was about to pick that sucker up too. Lol. It was only one of the species of Platypus. This one here was about 6inches long. They are pretty cute and make you want to have one as a pet.

Couple things. One wolves are not the ancestors of modern dogs. there's been genetic proof that they split somewhere before that.
To I'm pretty sure you meant the cows way around 1, 000 lb not a hundred pounds I've never seen a hundred pound bison other than a calf even then they're quite large.
