I've heard good things about the Supernote Nomad as well, I think you should give it a shot, it's a little cheaper as well; can't remember if you mentioned it in the video.

are there other options out there which provides AI features and educational tools?

I have this device. I primarily bought to watch lectures on YouTube and udemy. It heats up a lot while playing videos. Don't buy this 😢
