i know the 5.0 is a way better motor, but the PI 2v 4.6L is the best sounding motor ever made with a good exhaust setup.

I happen to own a 2010 GT.Its a 4.6 3-valve and I couldn't be happier with it. Kooks long tube headers, Kooks catted X-pipe, flowmaster axle back exhaust and JLT cold air intake. Of course I love the 5.0 coyote engines but the 3 valves aren't bad at ALL! So many options available for the 4.6 that you can turn it into a real monster if need be!

The sound of the exhaust and the whipple up front when he smacks it into 2nd gear at 0:20 and the rear end dances a little bit... so frickin cool!

this is a 2010 Mustang, it used the Old 4.6L which kinda sounds a lot better than the 5.0, i had 2005 mustang and later i bought 2011 5.0 but honestly the 5.0 engines are far superior with mods and can give you a bigger numbers when you just add bolts-on compared to the old 4.6l...i think the 4.6l have better fuel economy "i just felt it drank less" but then again the 5.0 stock will surely put a smile on your face when you floor it.

Also it is more expensive to add Aftermarket parts to your 5.0 compared to 4.6

my 4.6L stock on dyno 273RWHP and after mods 388RWHP
Full Ford Racing CAI, Throttle body, intake manifold, Cams, One-piece Driveshaft, BBK underdrive pulleys, spec Stage 2+ clutch kit, Kooks headers with X-pipe and Flowmaster exhaust, Ford racing full suspension kit,

5.0 stock dyno 391RWHP similar mods almost 470 to 500ish RWHP, and of course, it cost around 1500 to 3000 USD than 4.6L

and again you could skip the headache and buy a supercharger and shop would cost you around 1300 USD to install and tune because 5.0 can easily handle 750hp on stock internal compared to the 4.6l which above 550hp it will most likely break on stock internals

Wow the amount of hate in these comments. It was pretty impressive to me considering he didn’t take out the cars in front of him or the people on the side like other mustang drivers. It’s a fucking mustang not a 240sx so you can’t expect a full damn fast and furious Tokyo drift
