Making Jamaican Christmas cake,/ black fruitcake.

Make in Jamaica and Christmas cake /black fruit cake
4 pounds flower
2 pounds of sugar
16 eggs
2 pounds butter
1 tbs cinnamon powder.
1 Tbs almond essence.
1 tbs rose water
2 tbs vanilla
6 cups of fruits
2 tbs molasses
1 lime peel and half of the juice

It turns out nice and looks delicious. Thank you.
But can i give you an important tip?
Never cracks all eggs together. That’s a bad idea. No one can now for sure if all the eggs are good.
My opinion coz that is how i do when i baked. Separate eggs one by one
