On your "feedback" topic- 10000% yes. My sister is a Dr, runs all the major staffing at this point in her career (Has an agent, bounces around facilities) but she once told me after I had an AMAZING experience during liver failure . She said in my response to the horrific reviews of a wing at the icu I was at.." Bret, when was the last time you left, say the ER, and thought- WOW I can't wait to leave an awesome review!" Now, how many people saw a single tissue on thd ground and COULDNT WAITTTT to leave "oh my god, it's a pig sty, disgusting wait, etc, etc, etc"..She's right. And I think you hit the nail on your example as well. Thanks Brother, loving your videos, especially now starting a fresh, new to me idea and build on am LS3/8HP70 in a single cab S10. Handful and your videos have helped TREMENDOUSLY, including brand new farts..PARTS! brand new PARTS! 😂😂😅🎉

The Tune the Trilogy course is great! One great part is every video is about 10 minutes on one topic, so you can jump back to whatever you are doing. It covers the basics in some videos and details in another so it's a big help in understanding whatever you are doing next.

Speaking of internet famous tuners, we had a twin turbo 300zx guru renting the 248 dynojet. He made 400whp at all the boost from the stock turbos. It was spark knocking every pull, while I was waving to stop like a madman. Tuner dude didn't care. He made a number for the internet

I can't believe how many things that you and I go through that are so similar. I'm in construction but just the same, my customers are knuckleheads. They think building cabinets or remodeling a bathroom is no big deal cuz they watch it on TV a couple times. They also think that the bathroom can be completely rebuilt for about five or six grand which is crazy. I don't know if they're just uneducated or they're trying to lowball me. I give you credit for sticking in there. Be smart be safe cheers P.S. when I hit the lottery I'll buy you your own building then you won't have a landlord to deal with either

Imo find who you want to tune your car, see what kind of hardware they tune and work with and go with that. Bro is spot on that the multi million dollar shops don't always do the best work. I had golden eagle and 4 Piston racing assemble a lsvtec for me and had Jeff Evans tune it, blew up in 400 miles due to clearance issues on a naturally aspirated 10.5-1 engine. Nothing special. Turns out the cam degree was way off, and quite a few other issues such as wrist pin clearance. I never touched a single critical component on the engine and have all receipts from both companies. Alot of people would say those two shops are some of the best Honda shops in the country. I personally believe Jeff Evans is one of the best Honda tuners in the country but I wouldn't reuse 4 Piston or golden eagle to save my life.

Joe I live in a small town and no one hear has a dino . Sacramento ca would be the closets'. Do you know of a shop in Sac. that you trust.? I spent 7 years rebuilding my 57 chevy truck it has a balanced & blue printed 383 stroker with Holley sniper. I have had issues whit it from the start. I will get it running great and next thing it runs like crap. . I am trying to learn all I can . It is to the point where I need some one to build me a tune. I am 64 and self taught on computers. So some things are out of my league.. I need some one like you to help me. I will send you a pic of my truck that I built myself. It is so sweet to run this bad. It is root beer brown with 12 pearls and top of cab and sun visor harvest Creem white. I call it my Rootbeer float . Can you help me in any way or know of a shop that I can trust. Help! My car has the Holley system, and I haven't been able to find an honest turner in Northern Louisiana. My car is a daily driver. I'm not racing or anything. My car idles really high when I start it up and put it in park. I smell gas burning rich, and my shift points aren't right. I have been messed over by 2 shops who did the ls swap on my car and just need to find a shop or even a remote tuner to get me right. I'm not a car person at all so I don't know much but a few friends told me it needs to be tune, also do I need the dyno since its a daily driver not for racing?

You ever heard anything about Scott Clark ? Real tuners ? For remote tuning.

Also, all real tuners have some method to listen to knock whether you have a knock sensor or not. There are plenty of simple bolt on knock audio detection systems. If your tuner does not have a knock detection system and your car doesn't have a knock sensor, use someone else.
