I've been managing projects for some years now. If I would interview a candidate and this was his response, I would think that he invented this story and memorised it.
- you went in way too many details, most of them being unrelated to the question and seem like you just wanna brag
- you mentioned some processes and tools that NEDEED to be in place already by the time of delay
- a lot of extra fluff for post root cause analysis

Maybe it's me, maybe I am a pragmatic guy, take my feedback with a grain of salt

This is what Program Managers do in real time. Often in my experience with Google, Salesforce and Cisco the processes are so fluid they blend with each other.
