I typically enter my pre-market strategy with a ORB in mind but watch price action and volume as sometimes the momentum is quick and strong (11/3/23) leading me to enter a scalp based on movement. But I also am constantly drawing trend lines to watch for breakouts and flags. So glad you included a section on traps as I was caught in an ugly one last week losing some significant capital. Watching your show for the past few months has given me so much knowledge as to finding targets on multiple time frames. This is such a terrific video, Patrick! I'm sure it will help others as it helps me! Thank you!

One thing I found that has really helped my trading profits has been to use limit orders only when things are not moving too fast. They scrub a few ticks off of you on the entry and the exit and the cumulative effect amounts to quite a bit of money in a session. I set my limit order well below where I think it will fill and keep sliding it up until the wick pops it at the longest extension. Hot markets moving fast it isn't practical but a side ways market that has consistent price oscillation I can do pretty good scalping. Seems like the minimum tick movement where it works is about 8 to 10 from hi to lo. I drop back to a really short time frame to do it also.
