How to Create a New Employee ID Card

We designed the new InstantCard system from the ground up to make creating and ordering new ID cards for employees easier than ever.

- Click "create a new card"

- Choose the ID template you'd like to use (man of you will only have one template, but some businesses require multiple)

- Enter employee information and upload his or her photo

- Approve the card after the information is automatically inserted into the template
