If the person is here illegally and convicted of a crime, then that’s all the information needed! It’s pretty easy to figure this out.
I notice that the pro-illegal immigration guest described these illegals as anything except illegal. That’s another issue that’s easy to determine - someone’s either here in the USA legally or, conversely, not legally (illegally.)
There are only two choices. For example, folks with non-expired green cards are here legally while those whose green cards have expired are here illegally.

Of course they would do more crimes, they don't know or understand our way of life, living, and our laws, ..the murderer hear's how they will be protected here in the US...so why not kill, rape..steal..we need to change our laws, I believe it's a slap in the face for the people who worked so hard to live in our country....be it permanent or green cards..these are the people who deserves our support and respect. .

If you are using the data from a pre sentencing form then that is the most accurate data.it is the form they have to fill out after you are arrested, it knows who is and who isn't here legally.
