I believe the word that Björk thought was sentimental. Was actually meant to be gentle but the interviewer used an S instead of G making it “sentle”
It makes total sense when you listen to it again

The host so desperately wants to define Björk😂 Its natural to want to do this though..She wants to put her in a neat package that is clear and simple as that is what she may have done with herself. The problem is that you cant do that with anyone and especially not a human of such depth, colour and unpredictability as Björk!
