Don has a special chemistry with Conan to me. None of the other talk show hosts I think speak to both old and new Hollywood sensibilities as well as Conan, Conan is surreal and edgy but he has a very old Hollywood kind of hustle to his wit and his efforts comedically and professionally and I think Don saw that, respected it, and enjoyed Conan for that.

When I was a kid Don Rickles was always my favorite guest on The Tonight Show. I always looked forward to him being on and couldn't wait till he was on again!
