Ingredients: Simple Tofu Ricotta (correction: the yield is 380 g - apologies!)
350g extra firm tofu (can use firm tofu)
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
¼ – ½ teaspoon sea salt (based on preference)
⅛ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder (use fresh garlic if desired)
fresh herbs, optional

This video is a solid 10/10, on every level! So proud to have been following you from the start! Watched a few times, as there are so many tips and insights. I so look forward to trying to make this. I’m yet to try and convert Jenna to like tofu… maybe this is the one! I would use this to replace ricotta used in meatballs or lasagne ☝️ love the jumper 😜 James

Love tofu ricotta and doing this myself for some years already. I totally agree its so delicious and cheap! I would recommend adding white miso instead of salt for extra umami! <3
