The highly anticipated virtual meeting between Chinese President #XiJinping and U.S. President Joe #Biden will be their third engagement since February. It also comes days after both countries pledged to increase cooperation to rein in greenhouse gas emissions at the recently concluded #UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow. This infrastructure and Build Back Better are not only a disaster for the environment, that are racist.
