Fedora 39 Budgie - My First Look

Fedora Gnome is already a solid, amazing desktop. You may not know this, but Fedora offers a large selection of "Spins", one of them being the Budgie Desktop. Check out my video to see how I react to using it for the first time.

Adding some clarification: I've only tried "Ubuntu Budgie" in the past, and never Fedora Budgie.

I replaced the default bottom panel with plank dock and I installed rastersoft panther launcher to create a menu for it and installed a top panel with the icon task app, clock, network, user indicator and raven trigger. Allows me to pin or drop apps to plank dock that can’t be added as favourite to the default bottom panel. Look of Budgie is changed to an elementaryos appearance.

One word: Total shit, many updates every day, many memory leaks : everytime memory swap, many segmentation fault in code. Not supported printer which was supported in version F37/F38 eg. MF 645Cx. And other problems with browser Firefox, Chrome, VirtualBox...
