this seems really unfair for users with nitro classic subscriptions - when the cheaper subscription is mainly to support discord, and you don't get the game library, it doesn't make sense that this feature isn't available for them. the classic option is generally seen as the option mainly for chat features, and this is a chat feature.

another option would be to double the boost requirements (eg level 2 boost requires 20 boosts, not 10), and give the full nitro users double boosts too, while giving classic nitro users a single boost. this would mean that it would take the same amount of nitro boosts, but classic users could still be able to contribute. this would also make it a viable option for mac users, who have no reason to buy the more expensive nitro, as the games do not work on mac.

I was on the fence about getting a Classic Nitro subscription and that pushed me over the edge...

...until i noticed it doesn't apply to Classic Nitro.

I have all the good games on Nitro in my Steam library already so i'm only after the chat perks, but they're not worth the price without server boosting. Sorry. I'll look for other ways to support you guys until you sweeten the deal.
