LEADERSHIP BITES: MOTIVATION
A “bite-size” Leadership topic
It’s important that everyone in your team feels motivated
to reach or exceed standards. For this to happen, we need the right environment
that I believe can be created through a few simple things.
I truly believe most people want to do a good job but the environment doesn’t support them.

To create the right environment, I think we need 3 things:
people need to know what’s expected of them,
how they can achieve this expectation
and feedback on how they’ve performed.

I’m going to share with you from my perspective (from my 25 years of experience in being a people Leader) some simple thoughts for you to consider, that I’m sure you’ll find beneficial.
