The triad is sweet and doesnt cost a ton, not much more to say about it, its a more comfortable and superior jolt. If you liked the jolt, you'll enjoy tinkering with this blaster.

My third favorite gun. Small enough to buy a bunch and pack them to a family get- together, most kids can handle the plunger pull, accurate, and is the best blaster for those situations where you are out of bullets and are scrambling to load darts from off the ground.

I agree- the triad's plunger assembly is quite a bit larger than the jolt. It's a whole different animal, a lot more powerful. The elite jolt is just a paint job, it doesn't get elite ranges.

well I modded this. I didn't make it a triple shot. idk. I just had a spare OMW Maverick spring lying around so I discovered that it actually fits fabulously and seems to produce more power and better performance than the stock spring. Just letting people know.

The best tweak for a Triad is to take two and connect the cocking handles with a piece of string. That way you can prime them both simply by pulling them apart.

For anyone watching now, it's a little late but there is a way to somewhat remove the AR while keeping the blaster entirely functional. All you have to do is use a flathead screwdriver and a hammer to tap out the plates at the back of the barrels, making sure you are hitting the pegs that connect the plate to the barrel. With this mod the dart pegs also come out, so darts that wouldn't normally fit do now, like streamlines or homemade darts.

It is your choice. If you're looking for a low price, Triad. If you're looking for an easier prime I would chose the Firestrike. But it is all personal preference.

I know, but in the video Drac said it had 3 plunger tubes obviously referring to the three barrels

The problem is the same as in rough cut. In rough cut and in Triad is a system that requires air restrictors, because the system is detecting in which barrel is the dart. Ars have springs and storing darts makes them weaker, and the system stops working.

I like the Triad very much for bigger battles as my tertiary blaster of choice with its 3 rounds and high rate of fire for a pistol its size :) The Jolt is still more reliable and smaller however imo

The Triad is more powerful than the "Elite" version of the Jolt, it's as powerful and as accurate as a Strongarm... with suction-cup darts, I could make head-shots at 25~30'... with Elite darts, angled shots probably reach the advertised 75'... it's truly an Elite blaster.
