Story time! --- I walked into a butcher shop in Alexandria (Sydney) was planning on buying a nice steak for a special occasion with my Partner, as I walked in a song started to play, I Spent an extra 9 min deciding what to pick because the music was so good, I ended up spending about $100 more than I had planned on spending because the song put me in such a good mood! after I bought the meat I sat in my car googling the lyrics so I could listen to it again while I drove home! The song "Innerbloom" that was the first Rufus song I ever heard, and now ihave listened to this Joshua tree track list EVERY TIME I cook a STEAK! and I truly believe it ads to the flavour!
