Great things for me to look into on setting up my new bike

Good advice, as an adventure rider & needing to stand up I'm not going to give up my bar risers. I would benefit from lowering the footpegs. My knees are too bent but that gives me a whole pile of 2ndary issues with gear & brake levers. I'm still thinking about it. I spent ages setting up the bars after fitting the Bark Busters. Little changes can make big differences.

Thanks for this Simon, clever stuff clearly illustrated.

This video will come to a disappointment to those folks who are convinced that they need to fit a cheap Chinese riser to their GS!
Another factor I was taught at a machine handling course was to lock the body core to the bike by gripping the tank. This is OK for me on the GSA, I´m 6ft6in, but not easy with the standard GS tank.
Thanks for posting this informative video,
Nick
