Lupe has been jealous of Kendrick's success for years now. Sad. The truth is even though Lupe is a lyricist, he's never been a great songwriter. Kendrick is one of the best songwriters the genre has to offer. So that, combined with his lyrical prowess is just going to earn him more success. Lupe hasn't accepted that he's an inferior songwriter and is essentially just very good at rhyming words.
