run prime95 for an hour. if it's still running then i would consider the overclocking is successful.

Don´t remember the real numbers, but about 35ºC idle, 70 full with watercooling. All details about the setup and the results are in the review.

tank you much for this video. i'm having issues with this mobo. like the core clock beeing higher than the turbo clock mode, even if I changed the turbo. It doesn't save settings. If I set up to be able to change in os i won't be able without restarting. and after restart the results are different of what i set. I did pictures of your screen and will try setting a it lower but similar to yours.

actually no, it runs everyone way faster, the most noticeable was adobe premier pro, it was so much faster to render videos.

@enormousforce yeah thats great, i was only going to buy the 3930k but they were out of stock and they wern't getting it for another 2 months so i said "f" it i'll just get the 3960x.

The 3930k is just a tad bit slower than the 3960x, and the 3960x cost alot alot alot more so its really not worth getting a 3660x unless you are very rich :P
