Would you recommend printing out the document for the physical therapist to sign or electronically? Would both options work? And would you recommend using separate documents when seeing a different physical therapist for hours or can you just use one document to log the hours with all the pts?

Loved the video! I’ve got a question about verifying hours as an aide. By the time I apply I’ll probably have roughly 1200+ hours working as an aide, but I feel like using the form you provide will be just much. And asking the PT to sign it everyday for over a year seems like it could get annoying. Any suggestions?
