State Capture Inquiry, 12 March 2020

The former chairperson of the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa, Popo Molefe, is expected to testify on the alleged state capture of PRASA when he returns to the stand at the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, this morning.
In his opening remarks yesterday, Molefe said he would seek to show that state organs and institutions including Parliament, which are meant to protect SOEs, failed in their duties.
