Conall Powers of Missoula was a big hit in his amateur MMA debut Saturday night at the Intense Championship Fighting 24 event at Four Seasons Arena. The 15-year-old Sentinel student won by referee stoppage in the first round over his 23-year-old opponent. Powers used ground-and-pound strikes to demoralize his foe and a stretcher was required to carry him out of the cage.
