Terrariums with the little plastic dinosaurs. I catered a wedding at a science museum and they had them as place settings but I got some at the end of the night and made terrariums with them.

my fiance and I met when we worked at the science museum so we're incorporating it into our wedding by me making little origami dinos.

On a similar note, when people booked their wedding or events for the paleontology hall where all the dinos are, they didn't realize they couldn't take flash photography, so the lighting was horrible. Always check with your vendors before booking!
