In the US Navy I was on an amphibious ship. We had a fuckton of Marines, 12 (AAV) Amphibious Assault Vehicles, 4 Abrahams tanks, 1 LCAC (huge vehicle ) hovercraft, 50ish Humvees, 25ish Oshkosh 6x6 COE & trailer, 1 CH-53.

the AAV's was the last place i would want to be. We would drop the stern gate, and they would drive off. Similar to someone driving off the end of a dock. The AAV's would disappear under the water's surface. Hopefully it would resurface, but i did hear some stories from the Marines. About resurfacing issues. They were SO SLOWWW! They were also aluminum with ballistic shielding. One slid into another one, while we were loading them. Unfortunately that slow speed impact. Poked a hole right through the skin. Not a vehicle i would feel comfortable in. The LCAC was a crazy vehicle.

This is very potent weapon that can be used to assault any territorial water that is not heavily guarded. Being on the horizon, makes sneak attacks extremely easy. Cause usually tanks get deployed by ships which are huge and csn easily be spotted from afar. This is like a submersible
