You were so lucky with your starting position! The sea floor is just blocks below. I have to dive down 100 feet in shark infested waters.

The warp pipe can teleport you from one to the other, easy if you have a large base or if you have a location you want to go back and forth (e.g. End portal or Geode 😉)
Eggplant is good for Moutabbal; we buy jars of smoked eggplant for it, we don't feel like roasting one over open fire ourselves.
The summoner spawns the mob on top of the block, so you can make it a small area with just enough room to smack them; e.g. endermen, zombies, blazes.
