USAF Boeing C-40 Clipper Rare Departure at London Stansted Airport

The baby "Air Force One"! In this video we see a USAF Boeing C-40 Clipper which is a military version of the Boeing 737-700 used for ferrying US officials around in style and comfort. I have no idea who was on this machine or why they visited - filmed during Storm Doris.
