If I was ever to get a bike in the U.S.A I would want this guy to sell it to me. Absolutely awesome customer service!!!

Very few dealers know what they are selling! Fewer yet can give you a detailed walk around!!

Nathan is your man if you're looking for BMW R 1200 GSA. Here is the story: I've been in the market to buy 2017 1200 GSA triple black. I live in Houston, TX. I did find a good deal but was torn apart between standard or low suspension as I'm 5'9. Long story short I did put my down payment for the low suspension last week 6/15/2017 at a local dealer in Houston, TX. My sale person or the dealer could not help me with technical details on the low suspension. For the past 2 days it was a nightmare and sleepless night as this is my 1 time shot to get this dream bike. I stumble upon Nathan's video and was amazed how he treated his customers and explained about the bike in detail. 5 star out of 5. I was so impressed I just called his store this morning at 9 am CST and left my number to call me. Indeed he did call me in 2 hour and I told him the whole story of my shopping. He took his time and gave some tips to go back my to my dealer and try both standard and low. Guess what Nathan was spot on and I did end up zero down on standard GSA. By the way I'm 5'9 inch. Standard GSA with standard seat and low position. I can put my feet down flat foot with my Niki Air running shoes.

Moral of this story is Nathan did know that I already bought my bike in Houston, TX. He is not getting my business as I already have the bike but he did not careless he took time and helped me to decide and gave the best advise. I wish all sales person can be like Nathan. He is a perfect example. Nathan if you're ever in Houston dinner and drinks on me mate. I promised Nathan near future will buy a side car and that business will go to Nathan.

When I bought my 2015 Streetglide they didn't even tell me how to start it, dropped it off at my house and left! I hope to get a GS this summer...

Nate

The best education I have received and, by far the best video I have seen about the 2017, 1200 GSA triple black. I am meeting Todd Zacker for some training this weekend, I will make sure I stop by and say hello. Thanks

congratulations for your bike. I have the 2015 model. Next move for you is to change the TKC 80 by Michelin Anakee Wild, big difference.
Regards from cold Switzerland
Have fun!!

Beautiful bike, congrats! That's the one! How many miles have you put on it? Did you need to re-spring it for your weight?

To me, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. A great product is WORTHLESS if you don't have great support. That said, my first experience in a BMW Motorrad dealership (Atlanta GA) was pretty bad. Nearly bad enough to make me assume they're ALL like that (snobbish), making me wonder if I should stay away from BMW all together. It is my GOAL to own a BMW R1200 GS Adventure (among a few other bikes - I already own 8), but the people I encountered at that dealership acted like they couldn't care less if they sold me a motorcycle, and really acted as though I was inconveniencing their day by even coming in the front door. I live in very rural and very isolated Southwest Georgia. PERFECT riding region, but dismal in terms of dealers. The closest for me are Atlanta (4 hrs away - and I'll NEVER go back to those jerks), Jacksonville FL (3 hrs), and Pensacola FL (3 hrs)... NONE are close, so you can see why CUSTOMER SERVICE is paramount for me. What is your location? Have any recommendations?

Quite an interesting video as I'm considering trading my CRF1000 Africa Twin for a new triple black, unfortunately the sound quality is crap, investing in a decent mike would make all the

The customer should be on a pedal bike to lose some weight before he buys the Motorbike,
