Luffy had one goal and that's to rescue ACE. He didn't care about who was pulling up at Ace's execution. He went straight to Marine Ford(The most fortified Naval base in One Piece) after going through all levels of Impel Down..When Luffy wants something done, he gets it ✅. He freed Ace, told WHITE BEARD to Shut Up and stood face to face as with 3 Navy Admirals. He wants all the smoke.
