I don't recommend anyone using command lines to fix a problem that Microsoft created. You're better off just holding off on the updates till Microsoft fixes them.

How irresponsible are Microsoft? They don't even test their updates. How long can Windows be updated? It feels like these updates are for the sake of updates. There is no need to fix anything, let Microsoft fix it themselves, you will only make things worse. Wait for an update from Microsoft

You do not need this update if the pc does not have a recovery partition. In this case, the eror can be safely ignored. Just wait for microsoft to sort is out.😎

Sorry, but to understand clearer, from what I can see, it's not the cumulative KB5034122 with the issue, just the security KB5034441 with the issue. Granted if you aren't managing your patches through an enterprise I suppose you can't pick/choose, is that correct? Thanks

The way to fix this error is to resize your recovery tools partition to at least 250 MB or disable windows recovery environment and delete the recovery partition. PowerShell: "reagentc /disable" then use disk manager to delete the recovery environment partition if you don't want it and expand the system partition to take its place. A recovery USB drive can work instead and I don't have to look at the recovery drive all the time in file explorer.

Use the Minitool Partition program to Move/Resize Partition on C drive and then add space to the Recovery Partition.

I figured out it started right when i installed 2 m.2 ssd drives on my motherboard. Before i had a normal 2.5 ssd but as soon as i put the m.2 drives in and put raid drivers on this error happened. O well nothing i tried fixes it.😢

Hi ! I followed your video instructions and still can't get windows update to install kb5034441 it comes back with the same error code 0x80070643 . I read that this update is for bitlocker and supposedly Windows 10 home doesn't have bitlocker installed, could this be part of the problem ?
