As extreme as he is it’s nice to see him not pressure people to do it for themselves, he always clarifies that “ this is what works for me”

One method that I learned really young was to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a noble, and dinner like a peasant. Basically the meal that’s going to give you the most energy throughout the day will be your first meal, the meal you break your fast with, then you get an energy boost with your medium size lunch. Finally, if you’re still hungry around five or six, you can eat a small meal like a sandwich, a salad, or some soup. This means your body is working a lot less to digest your dinner while you’re trying to sleep and get your rest, but becomes energize a lot faster in the morning.

I found same. Intermittent fasting at night is way better than pushing your meals till the end of the day

Bryan, in addition to the health benefits physically, eating early also has profound effects on one’s dreams and meditation practice, assuming one practices.

He is right. Shifting the majority of your calories earlier in the day helps with sleep, fat loss and cravings.

I was a full IF subscriber and skipped breakfast for years and years. Breakfast is only bad if you start with sugar. Ive recently re established a breakfast routine with a savoury meal. I find that a very heavy veggies base, along with some lean protein is best because I eat at 8.30am and lunch js at 12.30pm. Then a small snack or another meal same as breakfast for dinner if I will be working out. Then I will have a good sleep and wake up lighter.

My breakfast and dinner is the same composition: low fat stir fried or roasted or steam veggies, 5 measured tablespoons of black rice with 2x mini extra lean beef patties, along with kimchi and edamame.

I ate like this for 2 weeks and lost 4kg. I sometimes toss in a couple of eggwhites, or replace the patties with grilled chiken, or extra lean sausages. Not saying youll be immortal with this but losing weight prolongs life.

I'm trying to stop solid food by noon. Then a hot broth as a treat after work each night. It's helping.

honestly key to health is eat very small, if you're full after each meal you're doing it wrong
