I find it funny how he sounds like he's on the apprentice

I love how the audience laughs when he says "let me tell you!"

This is like watching a ten year old threaten a burglar with a spoon.

Had Ed Miliband been elected Prime Minister we would have escaped the Brexit catastrophe.

Watching this with five years of hindsight is tripping me out. How did so much and yet absolutely nothing happen in half a decade

Ed was unfairly targeted by the media because he stood up to non-doms. I think he gets more flak than he deserves.

I really like Ed. He comes across as a lot more genuine than David Cameron. Jeremy Paxman is a complete wanker; he was so much harsher on Ed than he was on Cameron. But not exactly surprising since he supports the conservatives.

respect to ed, just because he doesn't sound tough doesn't mean he isn't, not many other politicians would stand up to Obama

I guess he just wasn't "tough enuss".

Ed Miliband stood his ground and came out of the Q&A much better than David Cameron, despite the horrendous bias from Kay Burley. He answered the audience questions well and even managed to beat Paxman at his own game. David Cameron sat there and refused to answer simple questions and squirmed when zero-hours contracts were mentioned.

Paxman loved ripping into Ed. Was hard to watch.

Electing Cameron instead of Miliband was one of the worst decisions of Britain's electorate in recent history.

"Let me tell you right. You think I'm not tough enough, then I'll meet you and everyone else in the car park afterwards and we'll see who's tough enough".

I have never been convinced by the idea that Ed Miliband is weak. Bad at getting his message across perhaps but not weak.

He stood against his own brother, he stood up to Murdoch, he hasn't
sucked up to business, he didn't blunder into The Middle East when America blew the dog whistle, he made the weather over the cost of living crisis, he defied the pro-Israeli consensus by recognising the Palestinian State, he has probably won more commons votes than any opposition leader in British History.

Not bad for a man who led his party from their 2nd worst defeat ever and who is despised by well-funded Tory press which wants to destroy him by fair means or foul.

I have warmed to Ed over time. I don't know how good a PM he would be, but I think he'd work bloody hard.

How that should have gone :

"People think you're just not tough enough!"
"You might want to ask my brother about that."

"For the record, Paxman's a fucking conservative and didn't even try to hide his bias, only asking Cameron about policy while he mainly asked personal and character related questions in an attempt to undermine him. Not that I have particularly strong views about politics, but I thought Milliband handled himself pretty well given the situation."
