After a very cold first year with our transplanted orchard we are happy to see this amazing growth an some fig activity on our orchard trees.

Its been a lot of work keeping the weeds under control but the figs are doing great even with this distraction.

I would put some nice thick hardwood mulch around the bottom of them so you won't get any weeds. I would also prune the ones that are really bushy so that air can get to the center of the tree, that will help with fruit production. Good luck!

Considering your latest video. The Chicago hardy died to ground . Mine i havent ever had fruit set but i take winter cuttings to the ground. Was wondering do fruit only set on new wood

Your Genovese Nero trees look wrong. Especially the 2nd one. Both I-258 and Genovese Nero have short fat lobed leaves. Yours have long thin fingers. Completely wrong type. Whoever sold you those cuttings or tree might of mislabeled them or were dishonest.
