Really appreciate you for taking the time to make this video, but Majority of all will not follow or meet the guidelines for this new section. They will not and have not implement these changes. Contact any CDCR institution and they will quote" that they do no have the training or proper resources to apply or review on a case by case basis".

California Criminal law question: -Under pc1170.95, one can petition for resentencing from their attempted murder charges, due to changes in the natural and probable consequences theory. -If someone is convicted of attempted murder, but during trial was charged with assault with a firearm (was found not guilty of that), does it qualify him for resentencing under this new law? The assault with a firearm charges came with jury instructions that included the elements of the natural and probable consequences theory. Please help!

I got 39 years I did my base term already which was 10 years and the 30 years is all enhancement time. It's been 17 years now I'm still in prison. Hopefully SB 483 is retroactive
