If it's Trump vs 10 other primary candidates, the vote will NOT be split evenly between the other candidates. One of them will prove to be a viable alternative to Trump, and the others will drop out. I think many republicans are thrilled today at the prospect of turning the page. People have been too afraid of the bully for too long.

The GOP has known all along that they need to dump him. What they didn't impeach and convict is beyond me

Pennsylvania was not even competitive till Trump came into the picture. When Trump's on the ballot Republicans do well in the state. Trump was not on the ballot in 2018 and Trump was not on the ballot in 2022. The rural areas did not vote at the numbers they do when he's on the ballot. If we would have even got 2016 Trump numbers in the rural counties we would have smoked The bridge troll.

hmmm.. wonder what politics and candidates would be like if it was illegal to use money to win an office...

probably a lot like politics before it became a career choice... lol.

end the funding, begin real people holding offices.

The majority of Independent and women voters will never vote for Trump.. even if Biden continues to destroy the economy… we need Ron Desantis to have any chance to win.

I supported Trump in 2016 and 2020 but in 2024 we need a fresh young face to lead the party. I appreciate all that Trump did but it’s time for something new.

It doesn't matter what they think, it only matters what the base thinks.
If Lump announces and kicks his campaign into high gear in such a way as to re-energize the _voter_ base to his side, watch the GOP fall in line just like they did in 2016, DeSantis included.

Trump was what we needed in 2016 he is not what we need in 2024 he has become to divisive and will not receive the votes we need to put a Republican over the top when it comes to a presidential election.DeSantis is my pic

In criticizing DeSantis & going further to say he has dirt on him, Trump crossed a line which Republicans won't forgive. He's done.

I am hopeful for an alternative to what we had in 2020.

Why is Trump attacking Ron DeSantis? Ron DeSantis is a great Governor. He won re-election by a landslide. He's young. He is dynamic. The gracious move would be for Trump to step aside give his Full Support to DeSantis and DeSantis pardon him when he becomes President.

Please let Trump be the GOP candidate for 2024. The republican shellacking would be awe inspiring.
