Thanks, I altered the route slightly, grabbing the one in the gym first, but other than that it made this goal easily obtainable

You can drop into the gym from the roof top versus putting the gym book off for last... saves some time

In the beginning, you say this challenge can be quite time consuming. You then proceed to complete the challenge in under 2 minutes, as it is a Tony Hawk game and 2 minutes is all you are given. Ah yes, quite time consuming. It is literally is impossible to take more than 2 minutes to do this.
ALSO. In between books 4 and 5 where you do a lap around the map; you could've just turned around and went back up the stairs you went down 5 seconds prior. Maybe that's why you said it can be time consuming; because you make it that way.
