I love how you share REAL numbers. This is so helpful. I can’t relate to most of these folks who just generalize the numbers. Thank you for sharing!

I retired 2 days ago. I told my employer 3 months ago I would go on December 31, Wednesday my boss told me I could stop coming to work but I remain on the payroll until 31 December so yippee. Very strange to not even think about work the last two days! I like your video’s keep them coming.

As I eyeball retirement with a similarly sized nest egg in early 2026, I find myself looking forward to your monthly update with anticipation. Your transparency is refreshing.

I follow some other retiree YouTube channels, and you’re one of the few female led channels, which may give you a unique perspective. Nice job and happy retirement!

If the E-Bike gets you off the couch...then it was a fantastic buy. I always tell people, "Yes my bicycle is expensive but so is open heart surgery." Have fun on the trails and get a good bike lock. Never leave your bike unattended. I always lock mine if I am sitting ten feet away. Happy for you!!

November was a very good month. Just over 4% up. I'm happy for you about your YouTube income. You earn it.

When the markets and portfolios are up, it’s Good to take more for the things you need and some of the things you want, especially in the early years of retirement when we are still strong and active

I took the full retirement age plus 5 months past. Just retired last month. Medicare just started with a supplement plan so a $250.00 yearly deductible and $89.00 a month for it which comes out of a medical retirement fund that will pay myself and my wife's for the rest of our lives.
I have about 5 times what she's talking about so my monthly income is around $14k with the 7 different income streams I have, SS, disability, annuities, rental, and cash Interest. House is paid for, no debt. It's a good feeling that as long as I don't overspend we should be fine.
